This is an exciting opportunity for a Oil & Gas Lawyer (3 PQE) to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of an award-winning Firm.
You will be a member of the Oil and Gas and Natural resources team which is part of the wider Projects team; working closely with the Partner on a largely International position. You will be working with clients across Africa, Middle East and Asia.
You will be advising on the sale and disposal of energy and natural resource assets upstream, mid-stream and downstream, and the development and financing of those contracts (including concessions and offtake agreements.Advising on more specifically on transactional documentation and long-term contractsAdvising on the regulatory environment in the jurisdictions in which those assets are located in conjunction with local counsel
You will be an Oil & Gas Lawyer 3 Years PQEYou will have experience working in an international Private practice/ InstitutionYou will have strong communication skillsYou will be able to draft contracts in both English and French (Desirable)You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic towards Business development.
