We undertake an in-depth discovery process when first onboarding any new company. This includes everything from diversity and inclusion, culture, staff retention, prospects, leadership to training and development. We only work with companies that we would want to work for ourselves. We regularly undertake company reviews to ensure that we have accurate information regarding any employer we work with. If companies do not meet the high standards that we expect, we do not work or represent them. We also undertake follow up calls with our candidates to find out what their experiences are.
