Frequently Asked Questions

You can apply for a role in several different ways. You can either apply directly through our website, you can email us at, or if you have questions or want to discuss the role before applying, you can call us on. You do not necessarily need an up-to-date CV to apply for a position.

No, our services are 100% free of charge for candidates; our costs are paid by the company we are recruiting for.

We have strict processes in place regarding the handling of personal information; this is fully detailed in our information and privacy policies which can be provided upon request by emailing

Your personal information is never shared with any third parties without your permission. Your applicant information is only shared with potential employers with your prior permission; this consent is always marked down on our internal CRM before any CV submission.

Every interview process can differ depending on the company, role and seniority of the position. If you are invited to an interview, we will spend the time to brief you and assist you with preparation properly. Our role is to ensure you go into the interview feeling prepared and confident. We can give you as much or as little guidance as you require. We have a great deal of expertise in guiding candidates through the process.

We undertake an in-depth discovery process when first onboarding any new company. This includes everything from diversity and inclusion, culture, staff retention, prospects, leadership to training and development. We only work with companies that we would want to work for ourselves. We regularly undertake company reviews to ensure that we have accurate information regarding any employer we work with. If companies do not meet the high standards that we expect, we do not work or represent them. We also undertake follow up calls with our candidates to find out what their experiences are.
