How are we getting involved?

JMC also provides diversity training to their employees to promote inclusivity and sensitivity towards diversity

JMC regularly reviews and analyses our internal policies to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to foster a more diverse and inclusive work environment.

As part of JMC’s candidate onboarding process, we also ask a number of DE&I questions and regularly run reports and monitor our results

We have an internal DE&I policy which is reviewed every 6 months and can be provided upon request.
