The team are looking to hire a Media Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE. You will be based in their City of London office.

You will find you will obtain excellent exposure both work and client wise. You will deal with a broad range of work, which will make for a much more interesting role. This is because they do require you (paid for by them) to go to their office in Exeter once or twice per month - however - for the right candidate, they may even set up a more local office or hot desk situation to bridge the gap, this is all up for discussion.

You will have an active caseload to go into, made up of powers of attorney and deputyships - HOWEVER - the Director is an avid business developer and whatever your specialism is, he will go out and win business in that sphere.

He wants someone entrepreneurial who will also work alongside him to build it up and treat this like their own business essentially.

Due to the nature of the existing work, it would be useful to be competent across contentious private client as well as non-contentious matters, so someone with an aspect of litigation to their current workload, or previous experience in would be of interest, however, if you don't have this please still apply as they may well still consider the application, if everything else is sounding good.

The role comes with uncapped commission/bonus - the firm want you to be able to earn well from the efforts which you put in.
