The Role

The firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Preston office.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including contract and policy drafting, discrimination issues, managing discipline and performance, and redundancy and restructurings.

You will find real variety to the work that you do, this will make for an interesting role. The firm deal across many industry sectors, this will include but not be limited to; Finance, Banking, Retail, IT, Travel and farming / agriculture.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Employment team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements
