You will join the growing employment department. They are currently busy and have a surge of new work flowing into the department. You will deal with a wide range of industry sectors, not only that, you will also deal with a vast array of different work, the variety of will make an interesting caseload.

You will deal with OMB, SME and national companies. The work will be a mixture of respondent / claimant and contentious / non-contentious. The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Employment Solicitor into their South East London office, with remote working initially.

You will join the growing employment department. They are currently busy and have a surge of new work flowing into the department. You will deal with a wide range of industry sectors, not only that, you will also deal with a vast array of different work, the variety of will make an interesting caseload.

You will deal with OMB, SME and national companies. The work will be a mixture of respondent / claimant and contentious / non-contentious. Work will include, but not be limited to, Settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, and corporate support.
