The role

You will join the busy Court of Protection department that specialises in all aspects of Mental Capacity Law. You will work on a varied caseload of Court of Protection and all the work this department deals with is contentious.

This role is also suitable for a private client solicitor who is looking to specialise in Court of Protection matters. For this, there will be a element of self-teaching with support from the practice in doing so. There is a element of home-working in light of Covid-19.

Requirements

You a qualified solicitor in Court of Protection (or possibly private client) and you will be 3 years PQEThe ability to lead a small team within the firmIf you are not highly experienced in this practice area, you will have the drive, enthusiasm to self-teach and get yourself up to speed.
