The role

This company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to take the lead on all matters Corporate & Commercial in their Buckinghamshire office.

You will be working closely with the wider team of legal counsels and other stakeholders throughout the business, dealing with a broad variety of corporate & commercial matters and a mixed bag of commercial responsibilities. You will also be working across the company's wider portfolio, including well-known top automobile brands, sports teams, television/radio and much more.

The work on offer includes corporate M&A, private equity and IPO's, stakeholder management, commercial contracts and much more. You will be taking a lead role on all commercial & corporate matters, regularly liaising with the CEO/CFO and other legal professionals within the wider team.

Requirements

You will be a solicitor of 7 PQE with a background in Corporate & Commercial LawYou will have a strong sense of Commercial acumenYou will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the ability to also work autonomously when required
