Sean is the Managing Director at JMC. He joined in 2017, and since then he has gone on to build our market-leading London team, being recognised as one of the best recruiters in London before progressing to Managing Director. Sean now specialises in Partner & team moves across the City of London & West End. He has placed highly regarded Partners and teams with top City, West End & boutique firms. Due to his commercial mindset, he is highly experienced in helping firms rapidly expand with key, strategical hires.

Sean is dedicated to building JMC alongside our CEO Jason Connolly to become the best legal recruitment agency in the country. He is passionate about training and mentoring other recruiters to be able to work with the best firms and solicitors in the market.

Sean speaks fluent Spanish, is a keen traveller and is a huge fan of Rugby, Cricket and Football.
