The Role:

This practice seeks a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate with 4 PQE to join its Legal 500 accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.

The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work.

This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.

Freedom, autonomy & flexibility are also heavily promoted, with remote working from home available 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 4 PQE
• You will have an interest in business development
• You will have experience of assisting junior members of the team
