The Role

This firm is looking to appoint a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 5 PQE at either Senior Associate or Managing Associate level to work from their thriving City of London office (with hybrid working).

In this role you'll mentor less experienced colleagues and review precedents and procedures in respect to planned leasehold reforms.

Day to day, you will be working with the firms long-standing landed estates clientele, acting for both leaseholders as well as landlords and servicing all aspects of leasehold advice. You ?????? will draft and serve notices for lease extension, collective claims and house claims, as well as the drafting and negotiating of transactional documents.

Requirements:

• England & Wales Qualified Solicitor 5 years PQE
• Comprehensive technical expertise across leasehold enfranchisement
