Opportunity for a Planning Senior Associate 6 years PQE to progress within a leading team in Bristol.

The Planning Team primarily caters to local authorities, developers, registered providers, NHS Trusts and healthcare providers, and major corporate clients. Indeed, they continue to win major tenders on high-profile projects and clients across the country.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Associate who can lead on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters including negotiating planning agreements, highways and compulsory purchase advice, planning appeals, listed building and conservation areas advice, contaminated land and the defence of town green applications.

The Partners are keen to hear from those with robust business development capabilities who can build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
