The role:

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate 2-5 years PQE to progress within a tight-knit team based in Bristol.

You will deal with a range of complex commercial and corporate disputes relating to contracts, director and shareholder disputes, security enforcement, injunctive relief, financial recoveries, warranty claims, fraud, professional negligence, major commercial project/supplier disputes and sports regulatory litigation.

There also the chance to get involved in some property disputes, mostly related to SIPP and SSAS pension property investments in the UK.

The team has cultivated a varied client base of HNWIs, entrepreneurs, SMEs and PLCs operating in industries including leisure & hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, fintech, real estate and professional sport.

This hire will be working closely alongside a well-known Partner and Senior Associate, who both want to invest in someone to bring them through the ranks. Therefore, you must be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is happy to have a physical office presence.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Litigation Associate 2-5 years PQE
• Strong academic record and appetite for intellectually challenging work
• Conscientious attitude and desire to be in the office with the team in order to learn and progress
