The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial, IT & Outsourcing Associate 2-5 years PQE to progress within a leading commercial team in Bristol.

With a strategic growth plan in place, this firm is looking for a commercial lawyer who has particular expertise in data protection work and information governance.

You will assist the team on a wide range of high-profile and high-value commercial/ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

They envisage that this hire will work closely with a key Partner who deals with contracts for the likes of Central Government bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities and central government agencies, as well as private sector companies.
