This leading Legal 500 firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE to join their office in Manchester.
You will work closely within the commercial litigation department with a lot of cross over between the real estate and corporate commercial team.
The caseload will be interesting and complex consisting of adverse possession, boundary, easements and right of way disputes, forfeiture, possession proceedings, tenant insolvency, dilapidation claims and other claims for breach of covenant.
You will receive outstanding support and mentoring which will give you a competitive edge in terms of gaining further exposure to high quality work.
