The role
This company is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to take the lead from their London HQ.
You will be leading the Compliance function for the Group, working closely with the Board and the legal team. You will be responsible for the management and review of Company Policies, Manuals, Legal registers, the Environmental aspects register, as well as the development of Internal & external audits and the Recertification of the ISO's 9001, 45001 & 14001.
It will be your responsibility to provide technical advice on ESG legislation, interpreting and scanning for ESG/sustainability issues and helping the business to understand regulatory issues across the project lifecycle. You will also be monitoring Compliance during key project stages including; prior to Business Case submission and adherence to Cost, Schedule, Risk, Issue, Benefits, as well as reviewing Compliance at the Post Project Evaluation stage.
