The Role

You will ensure the Company satisfies all relevant requirements set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, including: developing, implementing and maintaining compliance procedures, systems and processes, ensuring a culture of regulatory compliance across all branches, monitor, record and report compliance breaches as required by the SRA and much more.

The Role

The firm are looking for a Compliance Manager for their London office.

You will assist the Head of Risk/Compliance in all matters of internal and external legal compliance, with particular focus on Money Laundering Regulations/SRA regulatory requirements. You will manage compliance staff, answer AML queries and escalate high risk issues. You will analyse new client risk profiles and advise the firm accordingly, provide legal analysis of potential conflict/confidentiality issues and more.

Requirements:

You will have 4 years' Compliance experience in a City law firmYou will have detailed knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and SRA regulationsYou will communicate matters extremely wellYou will have some management/supervisory experienceYou will work well in a team and be proactiveSalary up to 70k depending on experience
