Property Litigation Solicitor | 2-4 PQE | South West London

This well-regarded South West London law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team!

The Firm:

A well-regarded boutique law firm with a strong reputation for private client and property work, acting for a broad mix of individuals, families and owner-managed businesses. The firm offers a more personal, close-knit environment than a larger practice, with the opportunity to take on meaningful client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

It would suit someone looking for good quality work in a supportive team, with the benefit of working closely with experienced senior lawyers in a less corporate, more relationship-driven setting.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2 - 4 years' PQE to take on a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious property matters, working with a broad client base that includes commercial landlords, developers and private individuals.

The role will involve managing your own caseload with support and supervision from an experienced partner where needed, working alongside a really friendly dispute resolution partner and senior solicitor in the team.

Matters are expected to include a range of property litigation work, with a particular focus on leasehold disputes.
Experience of handling matters before the First-tier Tribunal is essential.
Commercial Landlord and tenant experience would be advantageous, although this is not a prerequisite - the main requirement is the First-tier Tribunal experience mentioned above.

The successful candidate will be technically strong, organised and confident managing files independently, with excellent communication skills, strong IT capability and a high standard of client care.
