The Role

You'll take a leading role within a respected and growing corporate team, managing a broad range of work including:

• Share sales and acquisitions, mergers and disposals
• Corporate restructurings and group reorganisations
• Shareholders' agreements, LLP agreements and governance matters
• Banking and finance transactions
• Company and employee share option schemes
• Legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and post-completion work

You will run your own deals while also playing a key part in larger, more complex transactions. There is strong exposure to clients in the financial services and accountancy sectors, where the team has built deep relationships and real sector strength.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to their clients. You'll be encouraged to build relationships, contribute to business development and help shape the continued growth of the department.

• Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Strong track record in corporate transactional work
• Confident drafter and negotiator
• Commercial thinker who understands how clients operate
• Proactive, team-focused and professional in approach
