The Role

You will join a Legal 500 ranked Insolvency team operating at the forefront of the restructuring and insolvency market.

The group advises on business restructurings, formal insolvency processes, winding up petitions, director duty claims, debt assignments and contentious insolvency disputes across a broad range of sectors.

Working alongside nationally renowned insolvency lawyers, you will benefit from established client bases and powerful professional networks that create genuine opportunities to build your own profile. The partners are highly regarded in the market, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and distressed businesses on complex, high value matters.

You will gain hands on exposure to both transactional and disputes led insolvency work, with the flexibility to shape your caseload around your strengths. There is also scope to collaborate with international offices on cross border matters, giving you access to sophisticated work within a nationally respected and internationally connected team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor 3+ years PQE in Insolvency & Restructuring
• Strong technical ability, able to manage a varied caseload and client needs
• Enthusiastic about client development and contributing to business growth
• Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
