Residential Property Solicitor
- £45000 - £60000 per annum
- Sevenoaks, Kent
- Permanent
This is a firm people tend to stay with. Not because it stands still, but because it keeps moving forward while holding on to a genuinely friendly, human way of working. Legal 500 ranked and well established across Kent, this regional practice has built its reputation on high-quality work, long-standing client relationships and a culture that makes lawyers want to build their careers here.
As the firm continues to grow, it is now looking to add an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to its Sevenoaks office, with hybrid working available.
The Firm
Step into one of the most modern and well-resourced legal environments in Kent. This is a firm that invests properly in its people, from training and development to the working environment itself. Many of its senior lawyers have chosen to stay long term, a reflection of the trust, support and opportunity on offer.
The client base is equally strong. You will be acting for high-net-worth individuals locally and nationally, with work that is both consistent and good quality, underpinned by strong community connections and a loyal referral network.
The Role
You will join a settled, supportive residential property team and take on a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. There is plenty of support around you, but also the autonomy to run your own files and build trusted client relationships.
This is a role for someone who enjoys client contact, values quality over volume and wants to be part of a team that works collaboratively rather than in silos.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner
- At least 2 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Approachable, communicative and genuinely client-focused
Why This Role
- Legal 500 ranked regional firm with a strong reputation
- Modern offices and progressive, people-first culture
- Supportive residential property team with room to grow
- Hybrid working and strong long-term career prospects
If you're looking for a residential property role where the firm invests in you as much as the work, this is well worth a conversation. Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
