This Top 200 firm is in an exciting period of growth. Their Residential Property team is busy, well resourced and trusted across the region for high quality conveyancing work. Now they're looking for an ambitious Solicitor to join them in Bromley and help drive the department forward.

This isn't just a fee earning role. You'll be stepping into a team led by a highly regarded Partner, with a long term aim to mentor the right person into a future senior position. If you want a role where progression is clear and genuinely achievable, this is it.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload while playing an active part in a thriving, modern conveyancing department. Expect a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, acting for lenders and borrowers, and ongoing client-facing work.

You'll also be supported to get involved in shaping processes, maintaining strong client relationships and helping drive the firm's growth through networking and business development.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (no upper limit - senior solicitors welcome)
• Strong knowledge of residential property work, with the ability to run files independently
• Excellent client care skills and a clear, confident communication style
• Ability to manage a busy caseload, stay organised and work proactively
• A collaborative approach and willingness to attend networking or BD events
• Experience with landlord and tenant work, acting for lenders and general mortgage work is beneficial
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
