The Team:
The Residential Property team has built up a strong national reputation of making property transactions as smooth and hassle-free at every point of legal processes. With the team specialising in a full spectrum of residential matters, advising their long-standing clientele of HNW/UHNW individuals, Investors, Builders & Developers, Financial Institutions and many more!
The team is headed by a pragmatic and experienced partner who has extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of Residential Property matters. You will be joining a team of established and experienced lawyers, where you will play a vital part in shaping the team's trajectory alongside advancing your own career development.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Residential Property Associate or Senior Associate with 3-7 years' PQE to join their industry leading and growing team. Working with the firm's national client base, you will be working alongside exceptional lawyers, where your will drive further success for both your career and the firm.
You will be handling matters such as:
- Buying and selling homes
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New builds, leasehold matters and shared ownership
- Fixed fee and Help to Buy conveyancing
- Property auctions, declarations of trust and leaseholder services
With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects to develop professional networks and take an active role in your own business development and profile-raising activities. This will provide you a genuine platform for you to build visibility both within the firm and across the wider real Estate community.

Requirements:
- Experienced Residential Property solicitor or Conveyancer with 3-7 years PQE (England & Wales)
- A commercial mindset with excellent written English, communication skills and strong client-facing ability.
- A passion for creative problem-solving, delivering neat and effective solutions to complex issues.
- Enthusiasm for business development and marketing, with an engaging, personable and collaborative approach.
- Strong academic credentials (including the Oxford IP Diploma or equivalent) and a team-focused attitude, supporting and supervising junior colleagues.
