The Residential Property team deals with varying property transactions across their impressive domestic and international client base, including a number of private banks, HNW individuals and families, developers and more!

Headed by an award-winning Partner, who has extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of Residential Property matters. You will be joining a team of established and experienced lawyers, where you will be supported in shaping your career trajectory, with opportunities to build client relationships and work on high-value matters.

They are seeking an Associate to help drive the next phase of growth and further expand their market position.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a Residential Property Associate with 3 - 5 PQE to join their growing team. Working with the firm's domestic and international client base, you will be working alongside exceptional lawyers, where your will drive further success for both your career and the firm.

Advise on a variety of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, re-mortgages and more complex matters.

You'll be trusted to work independently, but never in isolation. This is a team that collaborates closely, shares knowledge and values each other's input.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and progress a varied caseload, handling transactions efficiently and delivering high-quality legal advice with excellent client service.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and senior lawyers, taking instructions, preparing solutions, scoping/pricing work and supporting pitches or projects.
  • Build strong client relationships, meeting expectations, developing your profile as a residential property lawyer and delivering commercially astute outcomes.
  • Support business development, including networking, developing contacts/referrers and contributing to team initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, such as cross-selling within the firm and helping to increase internally referred work.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years PQE (England & Wales) Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in Residential Property.
  • Previous experience within a residential property team and ideally in the London region.
  • Strong client / project management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.
  • Organised and able to effectively prioritise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team
