The Role

The Real Estate department is the largest team in the practice and sits at the heart of the firm. The client base is broad, spanning local North West businesses through to large-scale city clients across retail, leisure, sports, healthcare and beyond. The team is well suited to sector specialists and senior lawyers with broader commercial property practices alike.

Work covers the full spectrum of Real Estate, including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, corporate support and real estate finance. The team is supported by a highly experienced administration function, meaning fee-earners can focus on what they do best from day one.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE running your own caseload independently
• Broad experience across commercial real estate matters
