The Role

You will join a highly regarded Real Estate team that is consistently recognised in the Legal 500 for the quality and complexity of its work.

The department acts on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters and has developed strong relationships across sectors including retail, leisure, industrial and financial services.

In this role you will handle a varied and high value caseload including acquisitions and disposals, commercial development work, landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance and large scale property transactions. The quality of work is comparable to that found in large international firms, yet delivered within a far more collaborative and supportive environment.

You will work closely with the partners and wider team, playing an important role in maintaining and growing key client relationships. The firm is also actively planning for the future and is keen to identify the next generation of senior lawyers who will help shape the long term direction of the department.

Requirements & Whats on offer

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, although there is no upper limit on experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to client development
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous but is not essential
• A regional network or transferable client relationships would be beneficial
• Competitive and negotiable salary depending on experience
• No billing targets and a genuine emphasis on quality over volume
