The Role

You will join a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team that benefits from a strong pipeline of work generated by a successful transactional Real Estate department and longstanding client relationships.

The role will focus on high value commercial property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, breach of contract, insolvency related property issues and repossessions. The quality of work is consistently strong, with a clear emphasis on complex and high value instructions rather than volume.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will handle your own caseload while also playing a key role in mentoring and developing junior members of the team. This position offers a genuine leadership element, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with 5 years PQE or above
• Confident managing a high quality caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• A collaborative approach with the ability to support and develop junior lawyers
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
