The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor between NQ and 4 years PQE to join a Legal 500 recognised Real Estate department in Manchester.

The team has strong expertise across both mainstream transactional real estate and real estate finance. Acting for both borrowers and lenders, the firm maintains excellent relationships with bridging lenders, banks and other financial institutions.

You will work closely with the Head of Department, handling your own transactions and assisting on more complex matters as required. The partnership brings together experience from established local firms and major international practices, giving you exposure to a broad range of insight and technical expertise.

The Real Estate team is specifically recognised in the Legal 500 for the quality and complexity of its work and is well known in the Manchester market for delivering commercially focused advice on sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

• You will be a solicitor between NQ and 4 years PQE based in the North West
• You will have experience in real estate finance, acting for borrower and lender clients
• You will be motivated to handle high quality and technically strong work
