The Role

You will join a Tier 1 Real Estate Energy team based in Manchester, working on complex and high-value transactions across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

The team advises on the property aspects of major energy projects throughout their lifecycle, from site assembly and development through to financing, construction and operation. Clients include household-name energy businesses, developers, investors, utility providers and public sector organisations.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of projects including offshore and onshore wind developments, solar projects, battery storage schemes, hydrogen infrastructure, transmission networks, EV charging infrastructure and other nationally significant developments.

Working closely with colleagues across Planning, Corporate, Banking and Construction, you will develop specialist expertise within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the legal market while building strong relationships with an impressive client base.

The Ideal Candidate

* Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
* Experience in commercial real estate, development, energy or infrastructure matters
* Strong commercial awareness and technical ability
* An interest in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious and motivated to develop within a market-leading team
