The Role

You will join a highly regarded Real Estate team advising an impressive client base including national developers, institutional investors, major occupiers, corporate businesses and public sector organisations.

Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, investment work, development projects, asset management and portfolio transactions. Much of the work has a national and cross-border element, providing excellent exposure to sophisticated, high value matters.

Working alongside leading Partners and Senior Lawyers, you will take ownership of your own transactions while assisting on some of the team's largest and most complex deals.

There will also be opportunities to build client relationships, become involved in business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester team.

Requirements

* Qualified Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
* Strong experience managing commercial Real Estate transactions
* Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
* Ambitious and motivated to develop within a leading national practice
* A collaborative approach and strong technical ability
