Associate / Senior Associate - Property Litigation (3-8 PQE) | London | Tier 1 team | High quality work | Hybrid working

This is a chance to join a top-ranked, Tier 1 Real Estate Disputes team in London that is continuing to grow following recent internal approval for further hires.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate (ideally 3-8 years' PQE) to join one of the strongest teams in the market.

The team is highly regarded for its residential property disputes work, acting on complex, high-value and often high-profile matters. While the workload is predominantly residential-focused, the team is open to lawyers with a mix of commercial and residential property disputes experience. Any exposure to Building Safety Act matters would be welcomed but is by no means essential.

The role offers:

• A position within a Tier 1, market-leading Real Estate Disputes practice
• Varied, high-quality disputes work with a strong residential focus
• Low chargeable hours target of 1,300
• Agile working: typically 2-3 days per week in the office
• Strong base salaries with bonus potential of up to 10%
• Exposure to senior, well-regarded partners and excellent long-term development prospects

This role would suit a lawyer currently in an (ideally) ranked property litigation team who is looking for a step up in quality of work, better balance and a more supportive team environment, without compromising on reputation or career trajectory.
