The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Associate to join a leading firms structured and project finance team in Manchester.

You will advise a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, funds, developers, energy and utilities companies, and government bodies on major infrastructure and energy projects, both in the UK and internationally.
The team is known for its strength in complex, high-profile transactions across sectors such as renewable energy, transport, healthcare, education, and social infrastructure.

The work spans innovative projects, including hospital, regeneration schemes, infrastructure and energy developments. You will also have exposure to large-scale financing arrangements, advising on the structuring and refinancing of significant energy and infrastructure projects.

Alongside handling headline work, you will also be encouraged to take ownership of smaller matters, providing an ideal environment for developing technical expertise and confidence. The variety of projects creates the opportunity to specialise or gain broader experience across multiple sectors, supported by a market-leading team.

Requirements

* You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE in Projects Finance / Banking Finance.
* You will have strong transactional experience and a commercial approach to complex, multi-stakeholder projects
* You will have excellent communication skills, client confidence, and the drive to build lasting relationships
* You will be ambitious, collaborative and motivated to progress your career within a global firm
