The Department

This well-respected Private Client team advises on estate planning, probate, tax, trusts, estates, private wealth disputes and crypto-assets. The team has successfully represented a portfolio of domestic and international clients, many who are resident or domiciled in other jurisdictions or have international aspects to their affairs.

Headed by a former City/International law firm partner, widely recognised across the private wealth sector for handling some of the most complex multi-jurisdictional matters, this opportunity offers a unique chance to work closely with a leading specialist. You will gain hands-on exposure to sophisticated cross-border work while benefiting from invaluable mentorship early in your career.

Recent work includes advising a billionaire family on leaving the UK and restructuring their assets for succession and tax efficiency, and drafting global wills covering assets across multiple jurisdictions - highlighting the calibre and international scope in this role.

You will work closely alongside the Head of Department and senior associates, receiving hands-on mentorship and structured supervision while gradually taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters. The Role

This is a standout opportunity for a NQ - 2PQE Private Client Solicitor to join a forward-thinking and growing team with excellent leadership and support.

You will work closely with each lawyer in the team, gaining exposure to a wide range of high-quality private wealth matters, while developing relationships with the firm's long-standing and prestigious client base - something that can often be harder to achieve at larger firms.

The caseload will include:

• UK tax advice for both UK and non-UK individuals;
• Simple and complex Wills for both UK and non-UK individuals;
• Trusts;
• Complex probates; and
• Cross-border estate planning.

You will assist with advising the teams clientele of domestic and international UHNW / HNW individuals and families, entrepreneurs, trustees and wealthy property investors. With prospects to build and develop these relationships as your career progresses.
