The Team

The leading IP team advises on a comprehensive range of intellectual property matters, including rights management, commercialisation, protection and enforcement. The team is headed by a heavy-hitting, award winning partner who has extensive knowledge across a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property and Commercial disputes.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Intellectual Property Senior Associate with 5+ PQE to join their industry leading and growing team. The firm have offices nationally, but are happy for the right person to be based from their Northern offices with a flexible work pattern to be agreed.

You will be working directly with two partners and a team of talented associates across both the London and Manchester offices. Managing and advising on IP disputes and litigation relating to:

• Trade mark and passing off.
• Copyright.
• Design rights.
• Patents.

With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects to develop professional networks and take an active role in your own business development and profile-raising activities. This will provide you a genuine platform for you to build visibility both within the firm and across the wider IP community.

Requirements:

• Experienced Intellectual property solicitor with 5+ PQE years.

• Enthusiasm for business development and marketing, with an engaging, personable and collaborative approach.
