This well-established, Legal 500 law firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Private Client Solicitor to join the team as Head of Department. You will have full support to grow the department and autonomy over key decisions that affect the firm's growth and direction.

The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Private Client Solicitor to lead and grow their department based in Manchester. You will be responsible for directing the growth of the Private Client Department while being supported by the firm in marketing and networking.

You will be stepping into a warm position, with the ability to leverage an existing client base and cross-referrals from strong departments across a full-service firm.

ou will work on a varied and interesting caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, court of protection and more.

The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with a clear pathway to build and grow a team in the longer term.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE (no upper limit on experience)
• Comfortable developing business and generating work
• Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is desirable
