The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate to join one of the country's most renowned teams, consistently recognised by the Legal 500 and handling some of the best quality Employment Law work available in the market.

The caseload spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, with genuine flexibility to focus on the areas of work you enjoy most.

Work includes:

• Advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues
• Handling complex workplace disputes and tribunal claims
• Advising on restrictive covenants, redundancies, restructures and collective matters
• Supporting clients on data protection, outsourcing and international employment projects
• Acting for a diverse client base spanning major corporates, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations

With the Manchester team undergoing significant and rapid expansion, backed by a recent office move, this is an excellent moment to join and grow with the team.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2 to 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor with strong Employment Law experience
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
• Capable of managing a varied caseload across a range of clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise efficiently
