The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Associate or Senior Associate between 2 and 7 PQE to join a highly regarded disputes team in Manchester.

The team acts for significant commercial and property clients, giving fee earners exposure to both complex property litigation and high value commercial disputes. The role has been deliberately structured to maintain variety, making it particularly attractive to those who wish to remain active across both disciplines.

On the property side, the team handles substantial commercial property disputes as well as high net worth residential property matters. The consistent theme is quality over volume.

On the commercial side, clients include national technology businesses, sports brands, household media names and a broad range of commercial entities. Matters include land disputes, property contract claims, residential and commercial property disputes, shareholder litigation and breach of contract claims.

The caseload typically sits at approximately 60% property litigation and 40% commercial litigation, although this may flex depending on workflow and your interests.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and experience across both property and commercial disputes
• You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commercial approach to problem solving
• You will be ambitious, driven and committed to delivering high levels of client service
