A forward-thinking commercial law firm in Haywards Heath is looking for an Assistant Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its growing Corporate and Commercial team. You'll work closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
