The Role

You will join a leading Corporate team advising on some of the most significant transactions in the market, both in the UK and internationally

Your work will cover a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, group restructurings and cross border transactions, alongside exposure to equity capital markets and strategic projects

Working closely with recognised leaders in the field, you will gain hands on experience on complex deals while building strong client relationships and developing your own profile within the market.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Associate with 3 years PQE or more
• Strong technical grounding in corporate transactions
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• A proactive approach with an interest in business development
