Corporate Associate - 5+ PQE | Maidstone, Kent

This is a chance to join one of the South East's most active corporate teams at a point where the work, the reputation and the momentum are all moving in the right direction. They're looking for a senior Corporate Associate who wants real autonomy, real clients and a clear route forward.

The Role

You'll take the lead on mid-market deals from day one. The work spans share and asset sales, PE-backed transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Most deals sit in the £5-50m bracket, and you'll be advising founders, management teams and boards who value commercial clarity.

You'll become a key point of contact for ambitious regional and national businesses across manufacturing, healthcare, tech and professional services. At the same time, you'll help support junior lawyers and play a genuine role in shaping a team that's still growing.

There's plenty of scope to build your presence in the local corporate finance scene too, with strong relationships already in place across banks, advisers and investors.

About You

• Corporate Solicitor with 5+ PQE in corporate M&A
• Confident running deals end-to-end
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client strategy skills
• Commercial, proactive and comfortable advising entrepreneurs
• Interested in supporting and developing junior colleagues
