The Role

You will join the Construction Litigation team in Manchester as an Associate, working on high profile and large scale disputes across the Energy, Infrastructure and Retail sectors. The work regularly involves complex development and infrastructure projects, often with cross border elements and significant reputational and financial stakes.

You will work closely with leading partners in the field, gaining hands on experience in adjudication, arbitration and High Court litigation. This is a platform designed to accelerate your development within one of the strongest construction disputes teams outside the capital.

Requirements

  • This role is suited to a Construction Lawyer with 1 to 5 years PQE
  • Contentious construction experience is essential
  • Experience gained at a City or large regional firm
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within an elite international practice
