The Team:

The Commercial Property team is a core growth area for the firm, acting as a key driver in its continued expansion across the UK and London, making this a pivotal opportunity.

The practice advises a broad mix of SME businesses/owner-occupiers, property investors and landlords, developers, banks, lenders, borrowers and other internal referrals from different sectors.

The team covers the full range of Real Estate advisory and transactional matters, including acquisitions & disposals, commercial leasing, development projects, funding/security work, portfolio management, restructuring and dispute management. The work is varied, business-facing and relationship-driven, with a strong emphasis on repeat client work and long-term partnerships.

Although currently lean in London due to being new to the market, the team is highly ambitious and actively scaling, with a clear plan for growth. This hire will play a central role in that development, both in strengthening existing client relationships and in driving new business opportunities as the practice continues to expand.

Alongside leading on a varied caseload of mid-market real estate transactions, you will take on a key role in the development of the team. Requirements:

• 8 + PQE years' (England & Wales) experience in Commercial Property law.
• A clear source of work to follow.
• Denotation a strong ability for business development, bringing growth to the department.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
