The Role

You will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team acting for an established client base of owner managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs and larger corporate organisations on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.

Your caseload will include contract disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency matters and a variety of other commercial litigation work. The breadth of the practice ensures a varied and intellectually stimulating workload, with exposure to high quality disputes from the outset.

Working closely with highly experienced partners, you will take ownership of your own matters while assisting on larger, strategically significant disputes.

You will also be encouraged to become involved in business development, networking and client relationship management, giving you the opportunity to build your profile and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

Requirements

* You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE
* Strong experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes, including contract claims and shareholder disputes
