Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to expand its Commercial Disputes team with the addition of a Solicitor or Associate between 2 and 5 PQE.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor between 2 and 5 PQE to join a highly regarded team based in central Manchester.

The Commercial Litigation function is ranked alongside firms with significantly larger international footprints. The department consistently competes with practices boasting 20+ global offices, driven by the technical expertise and reputation of the partnership.

The team is particularly well regarded for complex shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, finance litigation and emerging areas such as crypto related disputes. The quality of the client base mirrors this, ranging from financial services institutions and international technology companies to established SMEs and owner managed businesses.

In this role, you will work closely with senior partners, many of whom are individually ranked in the Legal 500 for their disputes expertise. This offers genuine access to market leading litigators and a strong platform for development.

Due to the strength and volume of work within the department, there is real scope to shape your caseload around the types of disputes that most interest you, allowing you to develop a clear specialism within commercial litigation.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
• You will have at least 2 years experience in commercial litigation
• You will be motivated to handle high quality, technically challenging disputes
