The Role

Based in Manchester, you will join a highly regarded Commercial team, working closely with leading partners on complex and high profile matters. You will collaborate with a well-established London team, giving you access to some of the highest quality commercial and data work outside of the City.

You will advise on a broad range of commercial contracts and technology related matters, supporting on large scale and often international transactions. This includes work across IT and outsourcing agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, procurement, manufacturing, joint ventures and wider commercial projects.

The role offers exposure to sophisticated and intellectually challenging work, acting for major corporates and global clients across a variety of sectors. You will gain early responsibility, direct client contact and the opportunity to build your expertise in both commercial contracts and data protection.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Associate with 2+ years PQE
• Strong technical grounding in commercial contracts and or data protection law
• Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach
