The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate / Senior Associate 2+ years PQE to join the firm's growing Manchester team.

You will work alongside leading Banking Partners advising an impressive client base of banks, financial institutions, borrowers, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of complex finance transactions.

The team advises across corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, development finance, refinancing, security arrangements and wider structured finance matters. Thanks to the firm's exceptional Real Estate and Corporate practices, you will benefit from a consistent flow of sophisticated, high value transactions and opportunities to work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines.

This is a team with genuine momentum, offering early responsibility, direct client exposure and outstanding mentoring from nationally recognised Banking lawyers. About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Banking & Finance
• Strong technical ability with experience managing transactional finance matters
