The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking and Finance Associate with 2 plus years PQE to join a high performing and growing Birmingham team.

You will work on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor arrangements and managing conditions precedent processes. The role also involves advising on issues arising during live lending transactions and supporting clients through complex funding structures.

The team acts for leading financial institutions, private credit funds and major investors across a range of sectors. You will gain early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to build your reputation within one of Europe's most important financial hubs.

Working alongside highly regarded partners and experienced senior lawyers, you will develop market leading expertise in banking and finance law within a team that offers clear progression and long term career opportunities.

• Banking and Finance Solicitor with 3 plus years PQE
• Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in complex finance transactions
