Because the firm have so much Property work, they are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, preferably at least 6 months Conveyancing experience to join their flourishing firm in Norwich.
The Conveyancing team deal with a wide range of issues including:
Buying and selling propertyLease extensionsRemortgagingTransfer of ownershipand more.
You will join a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team and firm, highly regarded for their internal training allowing you to progress.
Your role will include: providing legal and administrative assistance to the solicitors in the Property team, client facing roles, helping Solicitors to prepare contract, lease and license documents, ordering documents from the Land Registry, and more.
You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant with at least six months' experience of working in a conveyancing departmentThis role comes with excellent prospects for progressionYou will be bubbly, outgoing and friendlyYou will be an organised individual who is keen to develop in your careerYou will have good communication skills
