The Conveyancing team is the firm's beating heart and will play a pivotal role in its long term growth plans. You will handle a broad range of Conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership. The department has strong relationships with local estate agents and even some national referrers, ensuring a constant flow of work and business development won't be a focus.

This is not a high volume environment, as the firm prioritise client service over unrealistic targets. This allows you to build close relationships with your clients and gives you a better work/life balance.

You will also work closely alongside the team's highly experienced Partner, which will give you an unrivalled level of exposure to more complex matters and a platform to develop your career.

Requirements:

You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equityStrong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleaguesEnjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
