Your role will include:

The administration of HCA plot sales under the supervision of a Partner. Plot Sales are pursuant to the building lease under which the developer is constructing the residential developmentProviding legal and administrative assistance to the solicitors in the Property teamHelping Solicitors to prepare contractLease and license documents, ordering documents from the Land Registry, and more.
