The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to take a leading role within the Property disputes team.

You will manage and lead complex matters including; Developer and right to light disputes, Party wall and trespass claims, Landlord & tenant litigation, Possession and mortgage claims, Contested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recovery.

The role offers significant client exposure, strategic input, and a clear route to Partnership.
