Senior Housing Supervising Solicitor 5+ PQE | London, City | Hybrid working up to 4 Days per Week | Open to full & Part time applications

The Role:
The firm is seeking a Senior Housing Supervising Solicitor to take a key role within its housing team. This is a mixed position combining a complex caseload with supervisory responsibility for junior fee earners and caseworkers.
You will manage a varied housing caseload including possession proceedings, homelessness applications and appeals, disrepair claims, unlawful eviction and harassment, injunctions, anti-social behaviour matters, and judicial review work.
Alongside your own caseload, you will provide supervision, guidance and support to junior team members, helping to maintain high standards across the department.

The Candidate & Benefits:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years' PQE in housing law.
- You should have supervisory experience or the ability to meet Legal Aid Agency supervisor requirements, along with strong advocacy, case management and client care skills.
- Legal Aid experience is highly desirable. Higher Rights of Audience would be beneficial but not essential.
